Condensed Milk Flan Recipe

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cans (28 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 oz. milk
  • 2 eggs plus 1 yolk


  1. Put the sugar in a pudding pan
  2. melt it over low heat until becomes a caramel color
  3. mix condensed milk, milk, eggs & yolk in a blender
  4. Pass blender mixture into pudding pan through a sieve
  5. Bake in water bath inside oven at 350 Fº (1 hr 30 min) or steam it.
  6. allow to rest in the fridge overnight\
  7. To unmold, warm 1 min before turning over on a plate
