Healthy Biko Kalabasa for Kids!

Your kids won’t know they’re eating vegetables!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kilo glutinous rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 heap pandan leaves
  • 1/2 kalabasa, chopped
  • coconut milk from 7 pcs coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook glutinous rice in water with pandan leaves. Set aside.
  2. Boil kalabasa in coconut milk.
  3. Add sugar, stirring constantly until mixture becomes sticky.
  4. Add glutinous rice and mix well until mixture becomes dry.
  5. Spread on a platter. Slice and serve.
