- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (14 oz) cream of coconut
- 1 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1⁄2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, optional
- Combine milk and cream of coconut in the container of a food processor or blender and mix thoroughly. Stir in heavy cream and flaked coconut (if using).
- Pour mixture into the container of an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
