How to Make Coconut Ice Cream

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) cream of coconut
  • 1 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1⁄2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, optional


  1. Combine milk and cream of coconut in the container of a food processor or blender and mix thoroughly. Stir in heavy cream and flaked coconut (if using).
  2. Pour mixture into the container of an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
