Homemade Peanut Creme Soup!

  • 300g roasted peanut , removed skin
  • 600ml water
  • 40g rice flour mixed with 110 ml water
  • 150g sugar
  • 50~60ml milk


  1. In a blender add in the peanut, water, sugar and blend until very fine  smooth.
  2. Pour in the peanut mixture into a pot and bring it to boil.
  3. Stir constantly while cooking to prevent it from burn in the bottom.
  4. Mix in the rice flour mixture and continue cook until thick.
  5. Lastly ,add in the milk and stir.
  6. Remove from heat. Serve while hot and enjoy!
