INGREDIENTS

  • 2-1/2 cups arrowroot flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 large-sized egg yolk
  • 4 oz coconut cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fry or roast the flour in the wok until lightly browned.
  2. Sift the arrowroot flour and sugar into a big bowl.
  3. Add the melted butter, egg yolk and coconut milk.
  4. Knead until the dough is pliable.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of your liking and shape as desired.
  6. Arrange on a lined baking tray.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
