Amazingly Easy Peach Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large can peaches, drained and pureed
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking soda

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix dry ingredients and peach puree and vanilla.
  3. Grease a 9 by 13 pan. Pour mixture in evenly and bake 35 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

TOPPINGS

  1. 3/4 cup sugar
  2. 1 1/4 cup coconut
  3. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  4. 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  5. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add>>
  6. 1 cup chopped pecans
  7. Spread over cooled cake and let sit for 2 hours before serving.
