INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 bundles Okra (Lady Fingers) 10pcs
  • Bagoong Sauce – 5 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger
  • 2-3 Siling haba
  • Vinegar – 5 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper
  • Water – ½ cup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine water, bagoong sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and ground black pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil for at least 5 minutes
  2. Add in okra, siling haba and cook until okra is tender. But don’t overcook.
  3. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!
