Here is how to make Delicious Homemade Siomai Sauce


  • 1/2 cup chillies/siling labuyo
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or cooking oil
  • 1 head garlic, peeled and minced
  • dried shrimp or meat finely chopped or grind


  1. Combine chopped chillies, dried shrimp or meat and minced garlic then simmer for around 20 minutes or til most of the water has evaporated.
  2. Add oil, simmer and stir well.
