Easy to cook Bulanglang Recipe for you.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 pound lean pork (sliced small pieces)
  • 2 eggplant; sliced
  • 15 pieces green beans
  • 2 cups sliced squash or calabaza
  • 2 sliced tomatoes;
  • 1 ampalaya (bitter melon); sliced slanting
  • 10 okra
  • 1 cup malunggay leaves
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp bagoong na alamang (shrimp paste)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 cup of water
  • cooking oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sautee’ together the garlic, onion and ginger;
  2. Add the bagoong, continue to saute
  3. Add water and bring to boil;
  4. Add the green beans, calabaza or squash; bring it to boil;
  5. After 3 minutes add the okra, ampalaya, malunggay and the talong;
  6. Add more water if needed;
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste;
  8. Serve with white rice and maybe with fried galunggong!
