Lemongrass seasoning marinade for Liempo


INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chopped lemongrass
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 bird’s eye chillies (siling labuyo), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 kg pork belly slices

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine Knorr Liquid Seasoning, lemongrass, vinegar, chillies, and ginger.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the 2 kg pork belly slices and make sure each piece is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

 

Tamarind beef marinade


INGREDIENTS

  • 2½ tablespoons Knorr Sinigang Mix
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup fish sauce
  • 1 kg beef

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Knorr Sinigang Mix, white sugar, and fish sauce to create a paste.
  2. Place 1 kg beef in a bowl and add the marinade. Turn to coat evenly. Chill in the

Spicy chicken marinade for fried chicken fillets


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr Chicken Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspo

  • 1 kg chicken thigh fillets

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Knorr Chicken Powder, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, water, cayenne pepper, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr Pork Broth Base
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup calamansi juice
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 kg pork baby back rib racks

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Knorr Pork Broth Base, water, calamansi juice, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, Knorr Barbecue Sauce, onion, and garlic.
  2. Place 3 kg pork baby back rib racks in a large container.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

 

Herb chicken marinade


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr Chicken Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 2 kg chicken drumsticks

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise, rosemary, thyme, Knorr Chicken Powder, and Knorr Liquid Seasoning.
  2. Add chicken, making sure the pieces are well coated with the mixture.
  3. Cover with food wrap and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
