  • 1 kg beef ribs
  • 2 pcs. tomato, quartered
  • 2 pcs. onions, quartered
  • 1-20g pack Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Original
  • 1 piece radish, sliced
  • 1 piece eggplant, sliced
  • 2 pcs. sili sigang
  • 1 bunch kangkong leaves and stalks
  • 1 small gabi, peeled & sliced (optional)


  1. In a heavy pot, place beef ribs, tomatoes and onions with 1 Liter of water. Let it boil.
    Once it boils, lower the heat and let it simmer until the beef is tender for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  2. When beef is tender add the Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Original 20g.
  3. Add the radish and gabi slices and let it cook for 5mins. Then add the eggplant slices.
  4. When the eggplant is cooked, add the sili and kangkong leaves and stems.
