Salmon Sashimi

  • Fresh salmon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or calamansi
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • wasabi


  1. Slice the salmon thinly, then arrange properly on the platter.
  2. Crushed the garlic and minced it then combine with all the ingredients to make a delicious dipping sauce.
  3. When everything is ready, serve it.
