INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 11 ounces dark chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add the crackers to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
- Add the cracker crumbs and sweetened condensed milk to a medium bowl. Add 1/2 of the chocolate chips to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Press into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top. Let sit for 5 minutes to melt and then spread the chocolate evenly over the top with an off-set spatula.
- Cool completely before cutting into 16 small pieces.
