SPICY PRAWN TEMPURA

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gram corn flour
  • 150 gram plain flour
  • 10 gram baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • Prawns- skin off and pat dry
  • Enough iced perrier or soda water (club soda)to make batter (should coat your finger)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients all together.
  2. Gently add iced liquid.
  3. Briefly stir. Do not over stir (a bit stay lumpy)
  4. Dip prawn into batter and deep fry in hot oil.
