Bacon Rice Ball



  • 1/2 Bowl Rice
  • 4 Strip Bacon
  • 1 Sliced Cheese
  • 1/3 Scallion
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/4 Onion
  • Cooking Oil


  1. Mince the carrot, onion and scallion.
  2. Oil the heated frying pan and sauté the minced onion, carrot. Add rice and minced scallion and sauté once more.
  3. Let it chill for a moment and make it into balls.
  4. Place 1/4 sliced cheese on top of bacon, then fried rice ball, and roll it in triangular shape.
  5. Cook each and every side in low heat.
