- 600 g Spare ribs
- 200 – 250 ml Red Wine
- 1 Onion ( shredded )
- 5-6 pcs Ginger Slices
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Dark soy Sauce
- 100 ml hot water
*you can add more on any ingredients. (to your preference)
- Prepare a pot boiling water, add in spare ribs and cook for 2 minutes. Drain water and set aside for later use.
- In a bowl, add spare ribs and red wine. Stir well and cover, keep in fridge for 3 hours.
- Heat oil in wok, fry onion and ginger till fragrant, add in spare ribs and stir well.
- Add in remaining red wine and all seasoning, braise for 45 mins with low heat until spare ribs is tender. Turn to high heat, stir until spare ribs coated with red wine and gravy is dried up.
