Melon and Buko Salad Special!

Melon fruit cubes and shredded young coconut strips salad!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups young buko meat, shredded
  • 3 cups melon, grated
  • 2 pack all purpose cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 small bottle nata de coco (optional)
  • ½ cup cherries (optional)
  • 1 cup tapioca/sago (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients until well blended, chill before serving.
  2. You can also garnish with maraschino cherries bought in bottles in your nearest supermarket.
