Quick Homemade special egg cakes for your afternoon delight with the family. How to Make Steamed Egg Cakes
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Lightly beat the eggs, add in sugar,milk, oil and condensed milk. Please ensure that each ingredient is being mixed together before adding the next one.
- Mixed the baking powder and the all purpose flour. Add the mixture into the egg mixture and gently stirred until the mixtures are combined. Do not over-mixed for spongy effect.
- Steam in hot boiling water for 15 mins.
