Mango Graham Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large mangoes
  • 380g condensed milk
  • 500g all-purpose cream
  • 3 packs graham crackers
  • 200g crushed graham crackers

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine the condensed milk and all-purpose cream in a mixing bowl
  2. In a separate tray lay down some wet graham crackers
  3. Put the slice of mangoes on top as a second layer
  4. Pour some of the liquid mixture
  5. Sprinkle some crushed graham crackers
  6. Continue the process until the container is full
  7. Refrigerate to cool and serve
