INGREDIENTS

  • 6 eggplants
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE

  1. Grilled the eggplant or boil until it is cooked.
  2. Remove the skin and flatten it. Set aside.
