FILIPINO MEATBALLS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 2 carrots, chopped finely
  • 1 onion chopped finely
  • 3 pieces garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper

PROCEDURE

  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. About a tablespoon of the mixture shape into a meatball.
  3. Boil water in a saucepan. Drop the meatballs and boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the boiled meatballs until golden brown in color.
  5. Serve with catsup.

  1. Pagsamahin ang lahat ng sangkap sa isang malaki laking mangkok.
  2. Kumuha ng mga 1-2 tablespoon at bilugin ito.
  3. Magpakulo ng tubig sa isang maliit na kaldero o saucepan … ilagay ng isa isa ang mga bola bola at pakuluin ng mga 10 minutes. (OPTIONAL PO ITO)
  4. Kung gusto ninyo i-diretso na sa mainit na mantika … deep fried. Hanguin ito kapag golden brown na ang kulya.
  5. Serve na ninyo ng may catsup. Tapos!
