- 3Tbsp Long Sliced Coconut
- 12 Shrimp
- 1 Lemongrass
- 1 Ginger
- 2 Garlic
- 2 Red Pepper
- 1Tbsp Oil
- 1 Lime
- Stir fry minced lemongrass, ginger, garlic and red pepper for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Coconut slice and stir for 1 minute.
- Add trimmed shrimp, salt and pepper.
