Coconut Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  • 3Tbsp Long Sliced Coconut
  • 12 Shrimp
  • 1 Lemongrass
  • 1 Ginger
  • 2 Garlic
  • 2 Red Pepper
  • 1Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Lime
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PROCEDURE

  1. Stir fry minced lemongrass, ginger, garlic and red pepper for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add Coconut slice and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add trimmed shrimp, salt and pepper.
