Salmon and Tomato Baguette Sandwich

  • 2 baguette slices, lightly toasted
  • melted butter
  • cream cheese
  • garlic powder
  • 3 to 5 smoked salmon slices
  • onion rings
  • tomato slices
  • arugula or basil leaves (optional)


  1. Lightly brush baguette slices with melted butter; toast lightly.
  2. Spread a baguette slice with cream cheese then sprinkle with garlic powder.
  3. Top with smoked salmon slices, onion rings, and tomato slices, and fresh arugula or basil leaves, if desired. Top with the other baguette slice.
