The Secret to making Perfectly Scrambled Eggs!


  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tablespoon NESTLÉ Cream
  • A knob of butter


  1. Whisk the eggs, cream and a pinch of salt until the mixture has one consistency.
  2. Put butter on a very low heat pan and let it gradually melt. Don’t allow the butter to brown and burn or it will discolour the eggs. It should be golden yellow.
  3. Slowly pour in the egg mixture and let it sit, without stirring, for 20 seconds.
  4. As the mixture begins to set, gently pull it across the pan.
  5. In very low heat, continue to cook eggs. Pull lift and fold eggs – slowly cook it until it becomes thick and no egg liquid remains.

Serve the velvety scramble egg at once. Enjoy!
