Quick and easy and very tasty for iftar. Dip or spread, best match for tahini bread.


  • 1 Tinned chickpea
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • half a lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon of tahini sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to form a paste and add pinch of salt to taste.
  2. Then place the content in a bowl and garnish with some coriander and paprika.
  3. Enjoy with some toasted Turkish flatbread.
