Quick and easy and very tasty for iftar. Dip or spread, best match for tahini bread.
- 1 Tinned chickpea
- 1 clove of garlic
- half a lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon of tahini sauce
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to form a paste and add pinch of salt to taste.
- Then place the content in a bowl and garnish with some coriander and paprika.
- Enjoy with some toasted Turkish flatbread.
