- 1/2 kilo okra (sliced into halves)
- 1 can tuna
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- some chili (optional)
1. Boil the okra until half cooked, then drain and set aside.
2. Saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes then add the canned tuna and simmer for a minute.
3. Add the okra and the rest of the ingredients then simmer until cooked.
4. Serve it hot.
